A wonderful friend of mine, I think of her as my coffee buddy, and I did coffee at the Starbucks at Eastgate mall. There's plenty of parking, or you can get there on the D bus in Chapel Hill and the F bus. There's indoor and outdoor seating. All of the goodies that a full service Starbucks provides. The staff here are special because they go out of their way to put that smile on your face. My new favorite Starbucks. Check them out.

(-) Music is so damn loud that even with headphones I can not listen to a youtube instructional video here this morning. I wish the music from the speakers was absent or quieter, I would rather have no music or choose my own from my computer, or be able to listen with headphones to web news or youtube videos or my own music (+) In the morning the outdoor patio area is shaded, has round tables with chairs that are very nice looking (espresso bean color, woven hemp in chairs where you sit), good height for typing on a laptop. Some tables have green umbrellas for shade etc. I like the free coffee refills policy as long as you have a registered card with some money on it.

Store runs efficiently during peak. Names are missed. Merchandising could be better. Design is great! I would definitely mark this as a spot to study.
